Reminders for Students in Submitting their Visa Application

  Students who are applying for student visa in Australia should remember some important reminders.

To ensure the speedy processing of your application materials, you should take note of the following:

  • Ensure that you have signed the relevant parts of the visa application form.

  • Include also your relevant school application materials in order to confirm your selected types of courses.

  • Attach the receipt of the visa application fee payment in the first page of the form.

  • Provide a copy of your passport and your passport photos and put them in a sealed envelope. Also indicate in the envelope your name, birthday and address.

  • All the documents should be punch in the upper left corner.  

  • You can also attached original documents and be sure that clip them in the upper left corner.

  • All documents will be put together with metal nailing in the upper left corner. The envelope containing your photographs and passport with your address written in it will be in front of all the application materials.

To submit an application, do not use plastic folders or those with loose-leaf because there is a possibility that your documents will be lost.
