Necessary Information for Application to Austrian Schools

Students who wish to study in Austrian Schools are required to submit the following materials :

  • High school certificate/academic record with German translation.

  • Authentication of all documents by Chinese Foreign Ministry

  • Authentication of documents by the Austrian Embassy in China

  • Notarized copy of birth certificate.

  • Notarized copy of Nationality certificate.

College students who apply for studies in Austrian public universities are required to submit the following materials:

  • Notarized transcript of record of baccalaureate degree. It must have German translation.

  • Authentication of all documents by Chinese Foreign Ministry

  • Authentication of documents by the Austrian Embassy in China

  • Notarized copy of birth certificate.

  • Notarized copy of Nationality certificate.

  • Notarized Certificate of No Criminal Record

  • University admission notice

  • Students scorecard accompanied with German translation and authentication.

Students who apply for graduate and postgraduate studies must submit the following:

  • Authenticated copies of university diploma.

  • For postgraduate/professional students, please read specific requirements from the university

  • Notarized certificate of no criminal record.

  • Notarized copies of birth certificate

  • N otarized copies of certificate of Nationality.

Students who will enroll in Music colleges must provide the following:

  • ID card

  • Qualification (present academic record or its equivalent)

  • Professional certificates / awards certificates

  • Application Registration Form

  • Photos (for verification purposes)

  • Arrangements for the academic year

  • Report card showing that the student has formal English lessons.

  • Conferred degrees : bachelor's degree; master’s or PhD degrees


Students who shall enroll for vocational education will provide the following:

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • A copy of the identity card
