The applicant's financial guarantor should also notify the government agencies and fill out a form saying he could serve as a guarantor for the applicant. The guarantor's signature should be verified and authenticated by sponsorship department or the like, with the security amount of not less than 5,000 to 7,000 US dollars. If the applicants have been awarded scholarships (including tuition, living expenses and medical insurance), you do not need to find a guarantor, as long as the granted scholarship can be proved.
