Materials to be prepared for student visa applications:

An account and identity of the city of the notary public's office for the notarized highest qualification certificates and notarized birth certificate.

The passport, local Chinese banks handling U.S. dollars or euros, travelers checks, or bank drafts.
Traveler's checks from the Bank of China, for relatively simple procedure, with passports and identity cards. Only pay foreign exchange as part of the post fee for buying and selling.
Bank drafts from Bank of China, passports and identity cards of the recipient of bank drafts (you can be both the sender and the recipient). If the banks limit daily personal remittances, you can bring a few people to have different names that will be sending to you.
Traveler’s checks are more convenient. When you arrived in Finland, you can easily pick it up on the bank. For bank drafts, when you arrived in Finland, it is still subject to the opening of bank accounts in Finland for the deposited money orders because there is no branch of the Bank of China.
３）
The highest academic certificate certified by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs Consular Department. At the back of the notarized document, there should be a stamp of Consular Affairs at the Foreign Ministry and a chapter signed by the Secretary to prove that your certificate is real.
