Finland Visa Information |
Foreign students must meet the following conditions in order to have a Finland student visa:

Applicants must be at least 18 years of age

Graduated from higher education or vocational training institute

Applicants should produce admission notice from a particular institution of higher education or a proof that he has been placed in university entrance exams or language examinations

Provide the degree or course that he want to learn in Finland
-
Proof of e conomic guarantees. Applicants who have been accepted by institutions of higher learning must produce proof that he can meet all living and studying expenses. They may also have an economic guarantor from Finland and other countries. Economic security should prove that the form is issued by banks and also a proof of the deposit in the bank account. The guarantor in Finland should open a bank account on behalf of the applicant (that is, in the name of the applicant) and deposit the amount that will serve as a proof of economic guarantee.

Completed visa application forms . Application forms should be submitted at the Finland embassy. The general visa processing period does not exceed three months.
Materials needed or visa requirements :

Invitations:
(1) a letter, original.
(2) include inviting names, units, address, telephone number; The invitation letter should also include the name of the person invited, the unit, the date of the scheduled visit, the duration of stay, the purpose of visit, etc.

Photos: four passport size photographs.

Economic security: proved by the Chinese Students Service Center

Notarized original bilingual certificate of highest educational attainment certified by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

The time required to process visas is about six weeks. Since the embassy issued the residence visas, so visas are valid until they will leave Finland.

Visit to Finland: Must provide accurate relatives addresses and telephone numbers, filled out English visa application form and two photographs.
Finland reunion for couples: They should provide accurate foreign spouse’ addresses, names and telephone numbers, proof of employment, four visa application forms completed in English, and four photographs.
Private tours to Finland to visit relatives: Receipt of the application by the Finland embassy and report of domestic approval of the relevant departments. Once approved, the Finnish embassy issue entry visas.
Chinese Officials who go to Finland: They should provide an invitation and the visa-free form for diplomats or officials. They should be holders of ordinary passports because of the public need to fill in a visa application form and giving three photographs to have a 3 months valid entry visa.
Apply for a visa: for those who want to travel in Finland for five days also need to apply for a visa. |
