Italian Visa Application

1. Contact should be accompanied by the following materials:
 (1) curriculum vitae;
(2) birth certificate;
 (3) Notarized copies of university certificates and transcripts;
(4) Two letters of recommendation from professors;
(5) Health certificate;
(6) Scholarship applications.  

2.  Once you received the admission notice from the school in Italy, you can proceed to the Italian embassy for visa applications. You need to provide :
 (1) a valid passport (passport must have a visa at least three months effective);
 (2) Complete the visa application form, accompanied with a passport
(3) Italian translation of all supporting documents
 (4) Economic guarantees subject to the Italian assessment
 (5) Proof of medical insurance. or by the embassy consular Department acknowledged in Italy of foreign insurance companies effective medical proof of insurance;
(6) Proof of Admission. After receiving the application result, send to the Italian embassy the proof and receipt of admission before they can issue the visa.

 Tourist visas

  • Valid for more than six months passport or other travel document

  • Proof of living accommodation

  • Photographs; Round-trip air fare

  • Employment certificate

Business visas

  • A visa outside the date of termination at least three months for the valid passports

  • Proof of residence

  • Photo

  • Round-trip air fare

  • 信Bank Statement

  • Proof of reliable letter of invitation If necessary, include bank statement

Student visa

  • Passport

  • Photo

  • Ticket

  • Italian school enrollment certificate

  • Health insurance

  • Student’s his / her parents proof of financial situation

  • Applicants under the age of 18 must have parents or guardian signature

Work visa

  • Passport or other travel document (valid for at least six months time)

  • Proof of residence

  • A photograph

  • Scheduled airline tickets

  • Italian Labor Department permit
