Procedure to Stay in Japan

Foreigner who likes to stay in Japan are subject to the "Immigration Control and Refugee Recognition Act" (hereinafter referred to as the "Immigration Law") of Japan. During their stay in the country, they are in the legal jurisdiction of the country so they must know the content, and the detailed procedures of the provisions. If you even as students your life and studies is proceeding smoothly and b ut if as a result of negligence for not promptly paying attention to the provision, and you violated their law, you might not be probably allowed to continue your study.

Foreigners are allowed to stay in Japan according to each person's purpose of stay. Those who are eligible to stay have the license to engage in activities and income generating activities for a certain period of time. If they have no license to involve in business, they may be repatriated as a form of disciplinary actions.
