Korea Student Visa Guide

Please note the following for Korea Student Visa Application: for applicant himself or through an intermediary company handling the visa.

(C-3) Applicants: within 90 days stay for short-term research
If an applicant plans to stay within 90 days for short-term research (C-3), he should prepare the following information to the consulate to apply for visas.
1. 2 Visa application forms
2. Passport
3. 2 Photos
4. Certificate of Admission
5. Financial Statement
6. A copy of the original Graduate certificate
7. Graduation photos
8. Tuition certificates

(D-2) Applicants: 90 days study and long stay; (D-4) Applicants:Language study
In addition, for students applying for a visa in South Korea for 90 days stay or long stay (D-2) and for Language study (D-4), the applicant must show their Certificate for Confirmation of Visa Issuance. Students must apply for visas before the consulate and the Ministry of Justice will issue visa permits. Please contact the schools in Korea for further advisory.
