In general, three months cost is about 750-2000 Malaysian dollars. Good schools will be more than 2,000 Malaysian dollars. (ELS exceptions, 850 Malaysian dollars per month and the registration fee of 200 dollars)

Professional courses
Malaysia professional diploma courses cost: about a year, between 3000-7000 Malaysian dollars.
Double-course fees: about a year, between 6000-10000 Malaysian dollars.
"3+0" courses: about a year, between 8000-15000 Malaysian dollars.

Accommodation
School dormitories: usually 180-280 Malaysian dollars per month
Outside of school apartments: 130-230 Malaysian dollars monthly. (Most colleges do not have their own student hostels, students must live outside schools.)

Lunch and dinner: 2.5-3.5 Malaysian dollars. Breakfast: 2 Malaysian dollars.
