1. On June 17, 1998, the Chief Minister of the Interior of the Republic of Poland issued the following provisions for foreigners. These financial provisions would cover entry fee, transportation fees and the exit fees.
A. Permanent residence:
Above 16 years old: at least 100 zloty per day
16 years old and below: at least 50 zloty per day
Foreigners entering Poland through packaged tours, sports groups as well as medical mission must pay the same financial provisions but on the following scheme: each person will pay at least 100 zloty a day.
B . The Polish Immigration obliged any foreigner who shall stay in Poland in less than three days to pay the following fee:
C . Transportation fee through Poland:
A. Above 16 years old: at least 200 zloty/day
B. 16 years old and below: at least 100 zloty/day

The Polish government reserves the right to request any foreigner in the polish territory to present other documents than the above-quoted requirements as follows:
A. Polish currency
B. convertible
C. bank deposits in Poland

The Immigration Officer will inspect the following documents upon arrival to the Poland territory to facilitate smooth entry, transportation and exit: international agreement or contract work visa; long-term residence visa; temporary residence visa.

The Polish government reserves the right to deport to the country of origin any foreigner who fails to present proper documents upon inspection.
