How to apply for permanent resident status in Singapore
Foreigners should comply with the following conditions so that they can apply to become permanent residents of Singapore. Conditions include:
A) should be professional / technical / skilled workers
B) Must possess a license to work in Singapore. Generally, the applicant must have an identification certificate of the third level of professional qualification to receive the basic salary.
Applicant fills up the permanent resident application form (IMM4 or 4A) from the Consulate General, or download the forms from the Singapore Immigration Office website.
Applicant interested in investing in Singapore, and has good record as an entrepreneur can apply to become B Singapore permanent residents. Applicants are required to deposit at least 1.5 million. For category B, please contact the Singapore Economic Development Board.

Permanent resident’s applicants should undergo the Singapore validation policy. Singapore permanent residents will be assessed under the "Score" system assessment. Scores will be decided from the following aspects:
A) applicant’s category; B) stay in Singapore; C) Education;
D) basic salary; E) age; F) have relatives in Singapore.
