Student Visa Application Forms should be submitted by the Applicant
Materials required for visa application:

Completed application forms with photo attached.

Translated and authenticated clearance and notarized proof of no criminal record (original and photocopy)

Medical certificate issued by the hospital d esignated by the embassy to prove that the applicant would not cause harm to social order through communicable diseases, mental illness, drug addiction, and others.

Proof that the applicant has been admitted to the private or public schools in Spain responsible for the issuance of the admission notice

Without the above-mentioned, and the applicant wishes to go to the public or private schools, this school should be recognized by the government and has been given the right to teach.

Proof that the applicant has adequate financial resources or that he is receiving regular income. In some circumstance, there should be supporting documents that the host family in Spain or the receiving institution has the capacity to support the student.

If applicant is minor, there should be parental or guardian's approval

Applicants may be required to be interviewed
For those who want to stay in Spain but whose visa has expired, they can go to the local police station for clearance and they can apply for the extension of visa.
For visa application, fee is 54 euros or 567 yuan.
For the corresponding legal notarization, each notarization is 75 yuan.
Applicants should personally receive within two months the visa after it has been approved. |
