There are more than 90 existing British universities and colleges who offer about 150 undergraduate education programs. High quality of British education is widely accepted and respected by the academic world. The British undergraduate education offers more than 23 degree programs to choose from. Generally, undergraduate education can be completed within four years including internship. But courses such as Medical, dental, construction, and veterinary science take five to seven years to complete.

Entry requirements
Universities in England, Wales and Northern Ireland require 2-3 senior secondary level examinations (A-levels) results and general secondary certificate (GCSE). English proficiency test results (such as IELTS test score) are also required. Universities and colleges in Scotland require 4-5 higher performance certificate level courses or equivalent results including with English proficiency test results.
Because British education system is different from China, Chinese students must have to take some preparatory courses to their professional study in UK. Chinese high school graduates who wish to attend undergraduate study in UK are required to attend a one-year pre-university courses including training in English.
